As the days grow longer and the nights get warmer, we’ve got new flavours on our menu which are something to celebrate. Join us for our new spring menu which promises to tantalise your tastebuds and leave you craving more. Think pan-fried salmon with mozzarella & pesto pasta, warm Mediterranean salad and rump of lamb to name a few.

Join us from 5pm, Monday to Thursday, and get three courses for £22 or two courses for £17 . Whether it’s our handmade steak & ale pie that takes your fancy, or our indulgent apple & raspberry crumble served with vanilla ice cream or custard, we’ve got dishes for everyone included in our Evening Set Menu. What’s more, you can get 20% off your favourite bottle of wine!

The Red Lion sits proudly on the corner of Rutland Square and Water Street, opposite the award-winning Bath Gardens, in the heart of Bakewell town. You’ll be able to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the locals passing by as you take your favourite seat.
Please note there is no parking available on site,however Bakewell has several Pay & Display Car Parks.
Derbyshire Dales District Council car parks; Granby Road, Market Place and New Street, all offer overnight parking. You are able to pay via the PayByPhone App or by cash at the on-site machines
